One of the biggest costs of clean cookstoves is getting them to users, who often live in remote locations. We cut freight costs at all levels by 70%, by designing the Ganesha stove to collapse into a flat pack. Assembly in the field is simple, requires no tools, and takes less than 2 minutes. And, stove strength isn’t compromised - the assembled stove easily holds 100 kgs (220 lbs).
